Cancellation Penalty
No penalty from the moment of booking until 7 days before your stay; except for “Prepaid Non-Refundable Rate”
No Show or early departure: 100% of the cost of the stay;
In case of early departure or late arrival, we will require the balance of the total amount booked, excluding catering. On-site, no refund will be due if booked services have not been used by the customer. In the event of cancellation or if services booked by the customer have not been used, no refund will be due.
